All-weather solar radiation meter using silicon photodiodes as sensors.
Using a silicon photodiode sensor with a measurement wavelength of 400 to 1100 nm, the total solar radiation (W/m²) is measured. A special surface shape design and diffuser achieve a 180° field of view in accordance with the cosine law.
